On October 18th, 1998, Tyrone Poole, a cornerback for the Indianapolis Colts is called for pass interference when he intercepts the ball in the end zone against the San Francisco 49ers. Replays show this to be a questionable call which allows the 49ers to complete a 17 point rally and win the game 34 to 31.
“Let me tell you something — it was a horrible job, just a horrible job,” Head Coach, Jim Mora, of the Indianapolis Colts concluded.
